1963 The Reside Group consisted of 7 engineering companies, of Brighouse, Yorks. Acquired by Cope Allman and Co[1]

1970 Myson Group acquired the Reside group from Cope Allman International; Reside consisted of :

  • Ramsden Reside Engineering Ltd, fabricators of steel pressure vessels, heat exchangers, etc for chemical works and steel plant
  • Reside (Pressings) Ltd
  • Peckett and Sons, supplier of locomotive spares[2]
