'... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Charles John Carr, John Bridges, William Webster, and John Webster, under the firm of Carr, Bridges, and Websters, carrying on business at Belper, in the county of Derby, as Nail Manufacturers, was this day dissolved, by mutual consent, so far as regards the said Charles John Carr.
