1907 Company formed as successors to William Glover and Sons.
Produced i/c engines which were re-badged Stover types from USA.
1921 Introduced the Improved Warwick engine (2.5 - 3 hp.)
1931 Ceased producing engines.
1937 Trailer manufacturers and body builders. "Eagle" Trailers and Appliances. [1]
1972 Acquired by the Hestair Group.
1989 Management buyout of the engineering businesses was called Trinity Holdings[2]
