1908 The company was incorporated to take over the business of carpet weaving from Robert Blackwood and Sons, the sole survivors of the 150-year-old carpet industry of Kilmarnock.
WWII became a Rotol Airscrews sub-contract depot.
Post-WWII: went back to making carpets and rugs
