1970 Jessel Securities acquired Falks Industries including its subsidiaries Stoves Ltd and Falks Veritas[4] and then sold the Switchgear and Equipment subsidiary to Bowthorpe Holdings[5]
1971 Falks became part of the new company Newhome-Veritas
