1909 February 3rd. Married Sarah Tegg, a school teacher, at Hammersmith. Walter Tatlow is a widower and has daughters including a Gertrude. Mr and Mrs Tatlow sailed for Naples that month[17]
1910 January: Walter Tatlow, age 49, of no occupation, arrived in Australia and returned to London the same month.
1910 July. Divorce case. Concerns Walter Tatlow of Northumberland Avenue, Leamington and his wife Sarah, who is residing with her parents in Reading. He is a 'rich man', drawing £2,000 per annum from the Harris Cycle Co and he also owns much property. 1911 Living at 9 Northumberland Road, Leamington: Walter Tatlow (age 50 Born Coventry), a Retired Cycle Manufacturer. With his children Alfred Tatlow (age 21 born Alexandria, Dumbartonshire), a Motor Mechanic; and Edythe Tatlow (age 16 Born Coventry). Two servants.[23]
1912 Squabble with his sister over a property. '...known as "Shelbourne", Northumberland Rd., Leamington Spa [, Warws.]; secondly, that Walter Tatlow (in 1912 described as of Styvechale Ave., Coventry, gent.) actually paid for the purchase with his own money; and thirdly, that the Tatlows have squabbled over the property: therefore, firstly, the Tatlows will share the premises equally...'[24]

1946 August 26th. Will. 'Tatlow, Walter of 10 Coombe street, Coventry died 26 December 1945 at 73 Guphill Avenue, Coventry. Probate Birmingham 26 August to Barclays Bank Limited. Effects £10,225 5s.'[33]
