1930 Acquired by Wiggins, Teape and Co including the associated companies W. Howard and Son and Roughway Paper Mills [1]
1932 Wiggins Teape sold the investment in the Italian mill of Portals (John Allen and Sons)[2]
1950 Samuel Jones and Co acquired the St. Neots mills
