1963 The Reside Group consisted of 7 engineering companies, of Brighouse, Yorks. Acquired by Cope Allman and Co^[1]

1970 Myson Group acquired the Reside group from Cope Allman International; Reside consisted of :

Ramsden Reside Engineering Ltd, fabricators of steel pressure vessels, heat exchangers, etc for chemical works and steel plant
Reside (Pressings) Ltd
Peckett and Sons, supplier of locomotive spares^[2]
