OLAF P. CLEMENTS died in January 1907 at his residence in Birmingham, at the age of fifty-seven. He was originally engaged with the firm of [[William Bown and Sons|William Bown & Sons]], of Summer Lane, Birmingham, but for the last sixteen years held the position of chief engineer in the cycle department of the [[BSA: Bicycles|Birmingham Small Arms Company, Limited]], Small Heath.
