1888-91 Worked for John Dickinson and Sons, of Sunderland

1891-1901 Principal of Eddison and De Mattos, agricultural and road locomotive engineers

1901 After the firm was converted into a limited company, continued as managing director and chief engineer

1904 of 2, Victoria Terrace, Weymouth; Managing director of the Eddison Steam Rolling Co., Ltd. Club: A.C.G.B.
