Gilbert Gordon Jones (c1884- ) of Gilbert G. Jones and Co

c1900 Came to Coventry from Dublin aged 16
1904 Jones was a motorcycle. This was a primitive model powered by a Coronet engine that had been vertically mounted in a diamond frame. Basic in specification, it had belt drive and braced forks.
1911 Living at 28 Regent Street, Coventry (age 26 born Dublin), a Motor Engineer. With his widow mother and two sisters. [1]
1912 Spennell's lists them at Smithford St, Coventry (Tel. 664) and manufacturers of motorcycles.[2]
