Henry Folland (1879-1926) was joint purchaser of the Grovesend Works, and secured a controlling interest in the firm.
Eventually Folland became the head of what was known as the "Folland Group," which included the Grovesend Works, the Gorseinon Works, the Amman, Raven, Dynevor, Cambria, Whitford, Hendy and other works.
