For many years with [[Robey and Co]]., Ltd., of Lincoln. Responsible for the designing and construction of numerous Colliery plants such as Steam and Electric Winding Engines, Air Compressors, Uniflow Steam Engines, etc. War Services.—Royal Arsenal, Woolwich, early in 1915, and subsequently had charge of Gun Ammunition Inspection Department under the Ministry of Munitions in the North-East Area.
