1914 Manufacturers of crucible steel, saws, files, table and pocket cutlery, scissors, razors, edge tools and electro-plate. Specialities: Joseph Hayward and Co's celebrated "Kettle" brand pen and pocket knives. Employees 800. [1]

c1922 Amalgamated with other cutlery companies to form a company named Sheffield Cutlery Manufacturers.[2]

By 1929 the company seems to have been Thomas Turner and Co (Sheffield)
