1897 The Company was wound up voluntarily to enable amalgamation with Joseph Hampton Limited; John Howard Cochrane of Saltley Villa Highfield-road Saltley near Birmingham Mercantile Clerk was appointed Liquidator; Samuel Partridge was Chairman of the Meeting[1]
