1960s Started service from Great Yarmouth to Scheveningen using roll-on roll-off ferries to carry trailers (rather than containers) serving the freight market between Britain and the Continent but also carrying some passengers.

1973 Acquired by Unilever

2000 Introduced a car ferry service between Dover and Dunkerque.

2006 Norfolk Line Containers BV was acquired by DFDS
