1956 Rockwell Manufacturing Co. bought Walker-Turner from Kearney and Trecker Corporation

1957 Kearney & Trecker Corporation bought some CVA shares

1960 The name of the UK subsidiary was changed to Kearney and Trecker-C. V. A.[1]

1966 Kearney and Trecker Corporation acquired the CVA shares it did not already own. The name was changed to Kearney & Trecker UK; the headquarters were moved to Hollingbury.

1972 Sold half share in the UK subsidiary to W. E. Norton (Holdings)[2]
