1906 Formed the [[Amalgamated Motor Bus Co]] with the purpose of acquiring the rights to operate motor buses in London in several Omnibus Associations, the members of which included many omnibus companies such as London General and [[Thomas Tilling]] which would withdraw some horse-drawn services in favour of the motor bus services.  The motor buses would be provided by [[British Automobile Development Co]] of Loughborough in association with [[Brush Electrical Engineering Co]]<ref>The Times, 1 May 1906</ref>.
