With his brother Patrick worked on the design of miniature radio valves; formed the company High Vacuum Valve Co (later Hivac) which developed and manufactured these valves.
1931 Married
1939 Died after a road accident near Newmarket in which his wife was killed. He was managing director of an electrical company and a wireless expert[1]
