'...Proceedings for Liquidation by Arrangement or Composition with Creditors, instituted by James William Grayson and William Henry Hardisty, of the Accommodation Bridge Works, Atkinson-street, Hunslet, in the parish of Leeds, in the county of York, Machine Makers, trading under the style of Grayson and Hardisty, the said James William Grayson residing at Audsley-villas, Roundhay-road, in Leeds aforesaid, and the said William Henry Hardisty residing at Stansfield terrace, Francis-street, in Leeds aforesaid....'[3][4]
