1985 Drawlane Ltd was incorporated
1987 Drawlane purchased a number of National Bus Co companies
1989 Name changed to Drawlane Transport Group
1992 British Bus was formed to turn around the fortunes of the bus operating division of Drawlane. It acquired all of the company except for Drawlane's 25 per cent interest in National Express.
1993 Renamed Burroughs Hill Ltd
