1921 Introduced the Improved Warwick engine (2.5 - 3 hp.)
1931 Ceased producing engines.
1937 Trailer manufacturers and body builders. "Eagle" Trailers and Appliances. [1]
1958 Subsidiary companies are J. F. Buckingham and Always Welding.[2]
1972 Acquired by the Hestair Group.
1989 Management buyout of the engineering businesses was called Trinity Holdings[3]
