Distillers, Scotch whisky merchants and coopers, of School Wynd, Paisley and Glenfyne Distillery, Ardrishaig.
1854 Established by William Foulds.
1897 Incorporated, with capital of £70,000, as William Foulds and Co Limited "to acquire and take over as a going concern the business of wine and spirit brokers, agents, merchants, distillers, and bonded warehousemen, now carried on at Paisley, Greenock, Ardrishaig and Manchester by William Foulds and Co".[1]
1917 The company went into voluntary liquidation in December. The Glenfyne Distillery was subsequently acquired by Robertson and Baxter.
