1834 The East Pool Mining Co was established, to work a tin, copper, wolfram and arsenic mine, situated at Illogan, Cornwall.
1896 Towards the end of this year, the company took over the adjoining Wheal Agar Mine.
1897 The name was changed to the East Pool and Agar United Mines. [1]
