1988 Management buyout of the drinks dispensing machinery part of Porter-Lancastrian[4]
1988 Sold Offshore Drilling Supplies of Aberdeen in order to focus on consumer products, leisure, distribution, etc[5]
1999 The company was concentrated on label printing; it was acquired by a US company in a similar area[6]
