On completion, Assistant to Consulting Engineer for Calcutta Port Trust, [[Assam-Bengal Railway]], Rio Tinto Co.; with the Admiralty Civil Engineer-in-Chief's Department for 7 years; on the Tube and [[Metropolitan Railway]]s, London; Personal Assistant to [[F. E. Wentworth-Shields]], Engineer for the new 16-acre dock and widening of [[Trafalgar Dry Dock]], [[London and South Western Railway]], Southampton, 5 years. Since 1912, Resident Engineer and Manager, [[Caledonian Canal]], Inverness, Fort William. Publications Premiated paper, Junior Institution of Engineers, "Railway Bridges "; contributions to "World of Science," "Concrete," and other periodicals. Member of the Highland Club.
