Bostik Industrial Adhesives and Sealing Compounds for all Industrial Purposes, used extensively by Aircraft, Building, Motor-Car, Radio, Shipbuilding and other Industries. in 1950 there were over 100 varieties of Bostik products.
1962 B. B. Chemical Co changed its name to Bostik Ltd.
1974 Chairman, Peter Ford.[1]
1975 Acquired by the Emhart Corporation as part of its takeover of the United Shoe Machinery Corporation.
1989 Black and Decker acquired the Emhart Corporation.
