The company later diversified into manufacture of sheet metal working machinery.
1930 Acquired by the Metal Box Co.[1]

1945 Advert. Sheet metal working machinery. A division of the Metal Box Co.[3]
1964 Moved to a new factory at Dockfield Road, Shipley.
1989 Became Carnaud Metalbox Engineering following the merger of the Metal Box Co with Carnaud SA of France.
