1909 The business and assets of the firm of Douglas, Reyburn and Co, wool spinners, Victoria Mills, Kilmarnock, were bought by Blackwood, Morton and Sons, Burnside Works, Kilmarnock.[1]

1930 Douglas, Reyburn and Company Limited was registered as a private company, with capital of £20,000, to carry on the business of woollen yarn spinners.[2]
