1954 Bunzil Textile Holdings was incorporated as a private company by Bunzl to acquire the whole of Bunzl and Blach (British) and Bunzl Textile Co. It was then converted into a public company.[1]

Later became Multitex Fibres Ltd

1993 Multitex Fibres Ltd was in liquidation[2]
