Born in Rotherhithe, London, the son of architect Edward Thomas
1899 Designed the Eye Hospital, Exeter
His notable works include Stockport Town Hall, Belfast City Hall, Woolwich Town Hall, Deptford Public Library and Addey and Stanhope School
