'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Archibald Edmeston, Gray Denison Edmeston, and Thomas Edmeston, carrying on business as Millwrights and Engineers, under the style or firm of A. Edmeston and Co., has been this day dissolved by mutual consent. All debts owing to or by the said concern, will be received or paid by the said Archibald Edmeston, by whom the said concern will be carried on...'[1]
