1967 The Llanelly Foundry and Engineering Co operations were transferred to Neath and merged with Baglan Foundry and Engineering Co[2]
1969 INGOT MOULD AND PLATE MAKERS IRON AND BRONZE FOUNDERS - GENERAL ENGINEERS General Iron Castings up to 20 tons. Bronze Castings to B.S.S. 1400 and American Specifications. [3]
