1990 Nobel Industries Sweden bought Crown Berger from Williams Holdings[1].
1994 Merger of Akzo and Nobel Industries Sweden.
1995 The Decorative Coatings Business of AkzoNobel Coatings was transferred to Crown Berger Ltd creating a substantial new business serving the UK decorative paint market.[2]
1998 Brunner Mond Holdings acquired the soda ash production capabilities of Akzo Nobel in The Netherlands to form Brunner Mond B.V.
2007 Akzo Nobel acquired ICI[3] including its Dulux paints business.
