- Weston Biscuit Co (Wales) Ltd
as well as 6 general bakers and confectioners[2]
1939 Merger of Allied Bakeries and Weston Foods, both subsidiaries of George Weston Holdings[3].
1958 Allied Bakeries' products included Weston biscuits and Sunblest bread[4]
1960 Name changed to Associated British Foods.
