- 1878 Company established.
- 1896 Incorporated as a limited company.
- The Auto-Mixte was a bus design from Belgium and built period electric chassis using transmission designs of Henri Piper, later used by Daimler bus.
- At least one Auto-Mixte design came to Britain and was rumoured to be the maker's first bus. It was designed in 1906 by bodybuilder E and H. Hora and a body was built for it in just eight days.
