1907 April 23rd. Incorporated and a change of name to Warne, Wright and Roland. Partners were Alfred Cecil Wright and John David Rowland. The company was set up to acquire the business of James Warne carried on by Alfred Cecil-Wright (father of John Allen C-W) and the business of Wright and Rowland [1][2]

1911 They formed the Rollo Car Co
