Thomas Warwick and Sons, of Alma Street, Aston, Birmingham, cycle rim and fitting manufacturer.
Business of Cycle Fittings and Rim manufacture, which had been carried on for many years by Thomas, Frederick and Edward Warwick.
1882 Bicycle materials and fittings
1891 Company incorporated, acquiring the earlier business as a going concern.
Known for Warwick Rims. Owned a number of patents but production was limited because supply of certain essentials was controlled by Hudson and Co.
1894 Taken over by the newly formed Cycle Components Manufacturing Co[1] and company subsequently liquidated.
