1900 The company was registered on 12 December, as the Bischof White Lead Corporation (1900), to acquire certain patents and other assets, the property of Bischofs White Lead Syndicate, including a manufactory and established business.
1903 The name was changed to the present title.[1]
1925 Part of Associated Lead Manufacturers Ltd.[2].
