1936 Company formed[1]

1936 Wallpapers (Consolidated) Ltd made a share issue in order to fund the acquisition of 4 wallpaper manufacturers and 95 percent of William Pinchin and Co[2]

1955 Merger with private wallpaper retailer, Ben Blaskey Ltd; company renamed Blaskeys (Wallpapers) Ltd[3] which then became a public company[4]

1971 Blaskeys was taken over by Leyland Paint and Wallpaper[5]
