George P. Reveirs

1941 Obituary [1]

"...mourns to-day the loss of a very old and tried friend in the person of Mr. George P. Reveirs, head of the firm which almost from the beginning has printed this paper. A few years after our foundation in 1856 an earlier George Reveir took over the printing business which was then producing the paper, and for many a year he printed THE ENGINEER. This earlier George died full of love and respect in 1911, and his son, George, became master printer in his stead. Never has a paper been served so faithfully..."More.
