ROBERT LOMAS was for more than twenty years surveyor to Lloyd's Agents in the port of Rosario de Santa Fe, Argentine Republic. ROBERT LOMAS was for more than twenty years surveyor to Lloyd's Agents in the port of Rosario de Santa Fe, Argentine Republic. He was born at Bootle, Liverpool, in 1866, and served from 1881 to 1888 as an apprentice with the Liverpool Gas Company, in the Eccles Street works.
