He was born in 1884 and received his technical training at the Chelsea and Regent Street Polytechnics, in London. "THOMAS ALFRED INCE, whose death occurred on 4th May 1948, was elected an Associate Member (A.D.) of the Institution in 1921.
He was born in 1884 and received his technical training at the Chelsea and Regent Street Polytechnics, in London. After serving as an apprentice in the shops and drawing office of Messrs.
