ERNEST WILLIAM COTTER was in the service of [[J. Stone and Co|Messrs. J. Stone and Company, Ltd.]], marine engineers, of Deptford for thirty-eight years. ERNEST WILLIAM COTTER was in the service of Messrs. J. Stone and Company, Ltd., marine engineers, of Deptford for thirty-eight years. He was born in 1882 and served his apprenticeship with Messrs.
