"HENRY ARTHUR BOULTBEE, who was elected an Associate Member of the Institution in 1907, was a lecturer of engineering for most of his professional career. He was educated at Sheffield University College, where he obtained the diploma in engineering. On the termination of a six years' apprenticeship with [[Hawksley Wild and Co|Messrs.
