This is with the object of effecting closer and more economic working. For this purpose the capital of Bouts Brothers, Limited, has been increased from £53,000 to Ordinary shares, which £175,000 have been issued. Bouts Brothers have acquired the whole of the issued capital of Mac-Carriers, Limited, City Express Motors, Limited, W. V. Greenwood, Limited, and Same Day Deliveries.
