Ashby, Jeffery and Luke of Stamford, Lincs.
c1869 Robert Luke joined Ashby and Jeffery and it became Ashby, Jeffery and Luke.

1871 Ashby, Jeffery and Labe exhibit agricultural implements at the Yorkshire Agricultural Society Meeting [3]
1876 Robert Luke and Thomas W. Ashby retire from Ashby, Jeffery and Luke and a year later Edward Christopher Blackstone joined the company and it became Jeffery and Blackstone of Rutland Ironworks.
