Pickering
- 1905 Pickering makers, based in Berwick-on-Tweed were founded.
- Pickering had one single-decker running in Penrith and a double-decker; however this vehicle was only exhibited.
- The bus had a four-cylinder Pickering engine 35-40hp and a dual ignition system.
- The engine drove through a metal to leather clutch and then via a telescopic link to a three speed gearbox.
