1906 Advertisement. Worthington Brothers, Coach Builders, Hythe. [1]

1909-1912 Produced a light car with an 8hp engine and later an 8/9hp V-twin JAP engine. Only one made while the company experimented with an aeroplane

1913 'The prospectus of the International Aviation and Motor Company (Limited) will be issued tomorrow, offering 50,000 7 per cent. Cumulative Participating Preference shares of £1 each and 10,000 Ordinary shares of £1 each. The company has been formed to take over the businesses of Worthington Brothers (Limited), of Hythe, Kent, general electrical and motor engineers and body builders, the Mathis Motors (Limited), of Shaftesbury-avenue, a concession from Messrs. Voisin for the sale of their aeroplanes and hydroplanes in the British Isles and Colonies, and also the Hythe Motor Cab Company (Limited), of Hythe, Kent.'[2]
