'... us the undersigned, Edmund Delacourt Kelt and Louis Eugene de Lotz, carrying on business as Motor Dealers and Repairers, and Automobile Engineers, at Farnham, in the county of Surrey, under the style of "KELL AND DE LOTZ," was, on the second day of February, one thousand nine hundred and seven, dissolved by mutual consent.
